Experience in banking gave him extensive knowledge of the sales & marketing and agency experience added the know-how of creative execution of communication projects. He has been instrumental in planning and executing national level BTL, marketing & outdoor campaigns for reputed brands across categories - media, telecom, FMCG & BFSI. A lawyer by qualification, Ashish comes with 14 years of extensive experience in BTL & outdoor activations. Experience of brand activation from multiple segment in his decade old stint in Ogilvy & WPP, gives Ashish the edge of large scale activation & communication projects across geographies. He has to his credit, execution of some of the largest activation projects across the country for brands like HUL, Dabur, Star TV, Tata Sky & GOI. She has worked on projects with major brands like HDFC Life, OTIS, Discovery, ICICI Bank, SBI Life, Tupperware, Raychem, Lupin, Cipla, and many more. Besides being the Chief Strategy Partner for SAND Network she’s the CEO & Director of Paramount Vision Pvt. Ltd.
An intuitive designer, Tarun started his creative career at the age of 14 as a press photographer. He then moved on to becoming a multi-media professional and 3D designer. He has worked with many reputed creative agencies including DDB Mudra and Geometry Encompass. Energetic creative thinker Tarun leads the creative function to deliver ideas that are not only effective but also delightful for clients.
