Our in-house client, Vinod brings our thoughts and ideas back down to Earth (or should we say back down to SAND) when they ascend beyond the realm of reality. As he comes from the client side of the table, he brings much-needed balance to the team and evaluates all our work from a client’s point of view. He brings 23+ years of corporate experience in strategy and marketing from his time at CEAT Limited, Valvoline-Cummins, Volvo Eicher, and KEC International. He also is skilled in sales, transformation management, international business, go-to-market and is also an adjunct faculty of marketing at IMT Hyderabad and a Lean Start-Up Instructor at IIT-Madras. Beyond all of this, Vinod also oversees HR. A marathoner and a mountain climber, Vinod is probably the fittest person in our organisation. If you try to run a marathon with him, don’t feel bad if he beats you by a mile or more.
