To build the brand identity of Satori Sushi, a Vikhroli-based Japanese cuisine cloud kitchen, and to increase awareness and sales through performance marketing initiatives and online orders respectively.

SAND developed Satori Sushi “grain by grain” by crafting its digital presence with equal focus on brand emotion and performance metrics. This built a strong brand narrative around sushi being premium, handcrafted, yet approachable for urban food explorers.
