To build the brand identity of Satori Sushi, a Vikhroli-based Japanese cuisine cloud kitchen, and to increase awareness and sales through performance marketing initiatives and online orders respectively.

Insight

In a delivery-first world, food choices are driven not just by taste but by trust, visibility, and proximity. For a niche cuisine like sushi, the key to conversion lies in making it feel both accessible and valuable. Building familiarity through consistency is as important as creating hunger through visuals.

Idea/Execution

SAND developed Satori Sushi “grain by grain” by crafting its digital presence with equal focus on brand emotion and performance metrics. This built a strong brand narrative around sushi being premium, handcrafted, yet approachable for urban food explorers.
We designed visually rich social media content to highlight craftsmanship, freshness, and Japanese simplicity. Our targeted performance campaigns resulted in conversions on food delivery platforms and social media by using data-led audience segmentation and retargeting to boost repeat orders.
Our partnership with influencers created collaborative posts that enhanced our credibility and opened new audiences to grow our market size and share.
